No. Chems2U does not provide usage instructions, dosage guidance, or recommendations. All materials are supplied within a research-only framework.

Quality & Documentation (COAs)

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Where available, independent third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided to support transparency and research documentation.

Does a COA mean a product is approved or validated for use?

No. The presence of a COA does not imply approval for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or veterinary use.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

Chems2U accepts bank deposit and PayPal (manual payment).

Payment instructions are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

When is payment required?

Payment is required to confirm and process your order.

Orders are reserved for 12 hours after placement. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled.

What happens after I make payment?

Once payment has been received and confirmed, your order will move to processing.

You will receive order updates via email, including dispatch and tracking details where applicable.

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via Australia Post Express where available, to support timely and reliable delivery within Australia.

Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been processed and dispatched via Australia Post Express.

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If an order is cancelled due to payment not being received within the 12-hour reservation timeframe, the order will be voided.

Customers will be notified if an order is cancelled.
