1. Shipping Method

All Chems2U orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post Express Post to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery across Australia.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

  • During periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly extended; however, we always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible

3. Delivery Timeframes

Chems2U uses Australia Post Express, which typically delivers within:

  • 2–3 business days for most metropolitan areas

  • 3–5 business days for regional or remote locations

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal shipping volumes.

Orders $200 and over

Express Shipping (2-3) business days
Flat rate $14.95

5. Dispatch Locations

Chems2U ships all orders from our fulfilment centre located in:

  • Melbourne, Victoria (VIC)

Orders are dispatched from this location to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Australia.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email, and

  • A tracking number to monitor your parcel via the Australia Post website or app

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking updates to appear.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Chems2U is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Parcels marked as Delivered by Australia Post
  • Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed

8. Missing or Incorrect Items

Any missing or incorrect items must be reported to Chems2U within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.

To assist with resolution, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of packaging (including internal packaging)
  • Any relevant order details

All orders are packed and checked under strict procedures prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy.

9. Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failure to collect from the carrier

  • Delivery refusal

A reshipping fee will apply.
Refunds, where applicable, will exclude original shipping fees.
