6. Tracking Information

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Chems2U is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
- Parcels marked as Delivered by Australia Post
- Lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed
8. Missing or Incorrect Items
Any missing or incorrect items must be reported to Chems2U within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.
To assist with resolution, customers may be asked to provide:
- Photos of all items received
- Photos of packaging (including internal packaging)
- Any relevant order details
All orders are packed and checked under strict procedures prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:
