4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are reserved for 1 hour from the time they are placed
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled and stock released
  • If payment is reversed, declined, or not cleared, the order will not be fulfilled

Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only.

Chems2U is not responsible for delays caused by:
